Phone rooms are VERY expensive. In order to provide the maximum benefit to the charity we do not operate a phone room.
We answer all of your initial questions through clear written communications by e-mail. This is VERY FAST and VERY EFFECTIVE.

If you are still not satisfied, for whatever reason, you are totally free to cancel your donated car by e-mailing us and/or notifying the towing company when they call.

Donation Procedure
The donation procedure is VERY simple, VERY easy and VERY fast.
- Completely fill in the online online donate a car form. Enter all information requested about the automobile.

- Submit the form by pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.

- You will be contacted by the towing company, usually within 24 hours, to arrange pickup.
- Notify us by e-mail when the automobile has been picked up along with your signed off Certificate of Title and keys.
